On supported Google Road and Hybrid basemaps, we give you two ways to style the map. You can adjust it manually or use the AI Generator to create a starting point and refine it from there.

Type in a style direction. Choose a contrast level. Click to generate. The result is a styled map you can keep as-is or continue adjusting in Simple or Advanced Mode, down to individual hue, saturation, lightness, and weight settings for every map feature.

Either way, your data never changes. Only how it's presented does.

ScribbleSight: AI-Powered Location Intelligence

ScribbleSight is built for analysis, not creation. It’s one of the clearest examples of where AI actually helps in mapping.

Describe what you're looking for in plain language. ScribbleSight uses AI and real-world data to interpret your request, identify relevant factors, and score each area on the map according to the criteria you set. Results are visualized as heat maps, hex grids, or square grids so you can see at a glance which areas perform best.

You choose the travel mode. Walking, biking, or driving. You set the distance or time range. You control which factors increase an area's score and which reduce it, adjusting each factor's weight with a slider or an exact percentage. You can enable Score Per Capita to normalize results across areas with different population densities, so a smaller neighbourhood with more of what you need isn't unfairly outranked by a denser one that simply has more of everything.

You interact with it in plain language, by typing or by voice using Push-to-Talk. Scribble responds by taking action. It navigates the map to any location or coordinate. It selects and switches drawing tools. It helps create shapes, lines, markers, and polygons. It applies styles. It answers questions about how the platform works and guides you to the right tool when a request falls outside what it can do directly.

Scribble operates only on explicit instruction. It doesn't decide what your map should look like. It doesn't make changes without being asked.
